Americans, can you understand this?
I know that most Americans can't understand English people, so I wonder if you can understand the people in this clip.
This is a clip from "Only Fools And Horses," one of the biggest comedies in England. I always thought that Only Fools And Horses would never have been a hit in America because you guys probably wouldn't have understood the humor, or even the language. So, can you understand what they are saying? I think they are speaking clearly, but do you?
I'm a born and raised American, and I understood every word of it. I even laughed a few times, even though it seems like a pretty old show. It's a lot easier to understand than other accents.

i remember having dealings with ehd telecom some time back.rod and eileen or should i say rodhull and his bird emu/eileen?are totally out for themselves with little regard for peaple/customers.eileen is fowl mouthed and rod?more like rodney(only fools and horses)chief blagger only not nearly as funny as the t.v character.they expect the fools who worked 4 them 2 work like horses with little 4 reward.well just like emu they can both stick their non exsistant contracts and bills up their arses.

My least fav is God Only Knows by The Beach Boys. I can't stand that band.
