media GCSE exam help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

I've got a media exam and im sooooo confused i haven't got a clue what i'm doing
I've got 3 sitcoms that i have to know everything about I've chose Simpson's, my family and only fools and horses
i have to know the conventions, setting, form, style, narrative etc
i would really appreciate it if someone could help me thanks for your trouble xxx
who said i wanted to go to uni i don't wanna go uni i just pass for god sakes ha i'm doing ma GSCE's !!!

i think this is probably the same exam did a few weeks ago.
if it is then its meant to be british sitcoms - so simpsons wont be much help
the conventions are things such as
- 30 mins
-filmed in studio
-laughter track
- filmed infront of live audience
-work/home based
-small number of main characters(<6)
-disfunctional relationships which the characters are trapped in
-2 dimensional characters with very little development
-stereotypical characters
-filmed with 3 walls, the camera making up the fourth
-british - 6 episodes in series American- 20+
-descrete narrative each episode
-partnerships
-catchy themetune

i could go on all day listing these...

do you think some folk set out to have wee accidents in order to claim compen ,as in Only fools and horses?

when Grandad or Uncle deliberately fell down the hole in the ground outside the pub..I think folk do. but I`m nobody really. He fell into the cellar.I think. It may have been another prog.

I don't think people deliberately set out to have accidents, but I think they exaggerate small ones to claim compensation.
A slight knock on the knee becomes an excruciating pain which means they are unable to walk.
A jolt in the car gives them terrible whiplash.
A fall gives them mental damage that keeps them off work for months as they are afraid it happens again.
