Cassandra Only Fools And Horses
Can anyone help me please?
Im 22 from the north of england and really dont want to be lonely this christmas/new year
would like to get to know someone for a relationship or just a few casual dates - anyone got any tips as im fed up of bars, clubs etc as the kind of woman im after is like Cassandra from Only fools and horses (doesnt have to be as posh lol) just someone whos nice but naughty also
any ideas?
dont feel too bad. its not the end of the world, and you are not alone. many other people are also in the same situation. some worse. for some it takes just abit longer to meet someone, and some have to work a little bit harder at it. so dont let yr emotions get the better of you, by feeling that just b/cos it xmas time, you therefore have to hav a relationship. no you dont. its just an illusion. its how you choose to look at it. choose to look at the positives rather than negatives, and make the best of what you have. others dont even have food or a roof over their head, let alone a partner.
you dont mention whether you have friends or family around? if you do, you can sorround yourself with them.
rushing around despaerately trying to meet someone b/cos of the season is not the right way to meet someone and be happy..
am by no means trying to belittle how you feel, but look on the bright side. at least you are able to meet women; be tho they arent your ideal. some guys dont even have that luxury.
you are still very young also. dont be thinking that every body ur age is having the best of life and you're not, cos its not true. others are going thru the pain of breaking up at the moment. some hav no friends or family all year round.
so accept what you hav and be content.
if you do decide to wait, at the right time you will meet the right person. all the best.

I think it's rediculous to suggest that removing the ability to smoke is the sole cause of businesses folding. This is the propaganda we are constantly fed from publicans who have not kept their businesses in line with a very different ireland of 5,10,15 years ago. Customers expectations have changed yet the product of many pubs hasn't. Simple economics here Donal. Go through any small town in ireland and you will see the majority are old pubs with decor like something out of “only fools and horses”. In an age where flatscreens, nice carpeting and furniture are becoming more widespread at home, why would you go out to “downgrade” your experience!!!
